After spending over a decade in startups across a variety of industries, Rae joined a tech company based in Boulder CO for several years before the company went public. This experience solidified her love of metrics and data-informed leadership and continues to drive her current work as the Head of Operations at Integrity Pro Roofing. Rae is passionate about technology, innovation, and creating an intentional work environment that serves and values the people in the company. In her free time, she plays pickleball, hikes 14ers, and wrangles her small dog named Bo Jangles who thinks he’s a St. Bernard.
