Adam Fedale was named the Chief Executive Officer of G. Fedale Roofing and Siding on January 2nd of 2020, he manages day-to-day functions in their 4 locations, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. He leads their team of 77 employees, with the help of our management team of 8. By implementing his industry knowledge, network, and desire for growth, he assists G. Fedale Roofing and Siding in achieving operational efficiencies and success.

Adam sets himself apart as a leader through reliability, adaptability, and persistence. He believes that the skills that achieve results are intentional leadership, speed in decision making, and organization.

The reason that he loves his work, the people… he loves coming to work each day… and so do his people.

Also, helping customers… nothing like seeing a 5-star social media review pop up at 5a.m. to start the day.

And finally, seeing results… setting goals and achieving them is so satisfying. It reminds him of renovating a home; taking something in its current condition, but casting a specific vision for what it could be, and watching it get there through sensible execution.
