Tip No. 1: Put the right people in the right proverbial seats.
Tip No. 2: If you invest in your team they will unbelievably produce!
Tip No. 3: Get your staff members doing things they are naturally wired to do.
Tip No. 4: Ask for reviews with every contact with the company.
Tip No. 5: They don’t have to be customers to get a review from them.
Tip No. 6: Ask your customers, “Can I count on you for that?”
Tip No. 7: Involve your employees in the sales process. Everyone knows x number of people on average. Your sales can come from referrals from your employees.
Tip No. 8: Look for publications that advertise “verified contractors”.
Tip No. 9: Use the DISC Profile to determine employee’s strengths, or employment candidate’s strengths to fit the position you are hiring for.
Tip No. 10: Hire your weaknesses first.
